Whitianga Golf Course (Mercury Bay Golf & Country Club) is situated 3kms south of Whitianga township. The course is an 18 hole course made up of 3, 4 and 5 par holes. It is flat course with tree lines fairways and a beautiful backdrop of native trees. A tranquil place for a walk to see the many native birds, such as the tuis, bellbirds, and woodpigeons. Even the good golfers find the course challenging. Bar facilities are available and group bookings are welcomed, catering is available on request. Greenfee players welcome Affiliated or unaffiliated $40.00 for non affiliated members $30.00 for affiliated members (Membership Card to be produced from home club) $25.00 for 10 holes for affiliated and non affiliated members Golf Carts availabe $30.00 for 18 holes and $20.00 for 10 holes.
